Rue de la Chavee 7, 5330 Maillen. Accessible by car. 45 min on foot via the forest tracks of the Bois de Maillen, starting from Sart-Bernard train station, served hourly by the local Namur - Ciney train. 20 min from the GR575.
Opening: Winter (Nov-Feb): by reservation only and for groups. Summer holidays: open every day. Spring and Autumn: open weekends (Friday evening to Sunday morning). There is no winter room. Campsite area near the refuge; services available. Note: bring a sleeping bag. There are no blankets. Note: reservation is mandatory. Weekends: usually half-board option available. Weekdays in summer: self-service, breakfast can be ordered. Kitchen available. Languages spoken: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish.
