From Puyvalador (alt 1500m) follow the Tour du Capcir (GR de Pays with red/yellow markings). Take a forest track past the Puyvalador dam, cross the village of Odello, cross the ford of the torrent del Roc (water point) to reach the Becet refuge (about 45 minutes).
Refuge completely renovated in 2012 by the Communauté de communes du Capcir - Haut Conflent and enhanced since 2016 by the association Tous à Poêle. A new stove, whitewashed walls, enclosed space in front of the refuge. A must for a trip for two.
