- From the Col de la Malpere, at the junction of D18 and D43, follow a dirt path northwest for 30m - Access from the GR78, 8km northwest of Montreal: leave Montreal heading south on the GR via Avenue Philippe NOIRET. Leave the GR heading east and continue due south. Follow the quiet, deserted road to D18: it turns southeast at the foot of Cammas-de-Bas, then crosses the Ruisseau de St-Denis and reaches the ridge at Pinsaguel, following it via Sanchez and Mont Naut, always heading southeast. At the foot of Mont Naut, the road turns south-facing and heads northeast then east, then rejoins D18 to the south. The Col de la Malpere is 150m south.
