It was rebuilt by the municipality in 2009 after the previous shelter burned down. - The barbecue has been removed and making a fire on site is now "officially" prohibited, as is camping on site, indicated by a sign. - 2 tables and benches outside. - A fountain is located 600 meters away, to the east, along the forest road of Chauffour, marked by a "green disk" symbol. - Colbéry means "charcoal burners' mountain" (in Alsatian).
