Good to know

This shelter is not a "customs post" as such: it was built in 1744 to house guards responsible for coastal surveillance and alerting in case of enemy approach (mainly the English...). The windows and doors have obviously been vandalized, but the structure remains sound. As it happens that, from time to time, possibly, just in case, a passing shower waters Brittany, this is a good shelter. However, you need to bring your own firewood.
