Equipped kitchen, dining room, dormitories. No catering service but self-catering meals are welcome and meals are available in Markstein (numerous restaurants whose opening is not guaranteed in low season, ferme-auberge du Markstein open all year round). Beautiful view of the Thur valley. For passing hikers, a spring is located next to the hut (given human and agricultural activities in Markstein and the road above, water must be treated).
