Access

On the edge of the forest track (access restricted to authorized persons) leading from Vezzani-Padula towards Foce d'Eria and beyond. Pedestrian access possible via a marked trail (hunters' markings) ascending above the former Vezzani mine.

Good to know

Labeled 'cabane O.N.F.' on some maps, but used solely for storing equipment: no accommodation possible, no heating, fire prohibited. Its relatively large and protective awning (5m x 1m), facing northeast, may provide very basic shelter in case of bad weather. This area is sometimes used for night military training ('drop zone' for helicopters...) from the Solenzara base.
