Access

Between La Thuillière and the ferme d'Acquenove, 1 km south of the latter. From the GR7, cross the ruisseau d'Acquenove and the D428, then follow the forest road of the Pépinière within the Montaubert forest until a junction, turn left, then walk 100 m.

Good to know

Close (300 m) to a notable tree marked on the IGN map as "la Grosse Perche", a three-hundred-year-old beech tree unfortunately dead, its relic is still worth a detour.
