Between the village of Les Contamines, 2 km to the north, and Notre-Dame-de-la-Gorge, 1.5 km to the south, squeezed between the main road and the river, at the Pontet leisure centre. The Tour du Mont-Blanc and GR5 trails cross the leisure centre; you must cross the river via the pedestrian footbridge to reach the campsite.
Open from December to September (closed in October and November). Payment accepted in cash, bank card, ANCV holiday vouchers, Paypal and One Shot Pay. Heated sanitary facilities, laundry, catering, free shuttles. The campsite has many tent pitches as well as rental chalets and mobile homes. Nearby facilities include the Pontet leisure centre (sports fields, swimming, golf, archery, catering, etc.), a cable car and a climbing site. Various shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, sports shop, restaurants, bars, laundry, post office, ATMs, newsagent/tobacconist, etc.) are located in the village of Les Contamines, 2 km to the north (free shuttles, stop "Camping / base de loisirs"). For the mountain hut in summer: accommodation in dormitories or 2-person rooms. Half-board compulsory, picnic option available. For the mountain hut in winter: accommodation in dormitory boxes for 2, 4 or 6 people. Half-board option available, small kitchen available. Booking only by email. Languages spoken: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish.
