At a glance

Access

From St Lary, take the road towards Spain (Bielsa tunnel), turn right after the village of Fabian. Park in the first parking area (point 1591m). Take (on foot!) the track to the Oule dam. Go around the lake on either side as you wish. At the end of the lake, near the [->3535] (closed), a path splits into 2 after 50m. Take the right one. Join the GR10, continue the ascent along the inner and middle lakes. The refuge is at the end of the middle lake.

Refuge closed until further notice since May 2025 for compliance work.
