Coming from Lodève and taking the road to Bédarieux - the D35, after St.Martin which you leave on your right, 5 km from Lodève. After the rehabilitation institute on your right and the intersection of the road that descends then climbs towards Campestre, you walk on the road for 500 m. A first path to the right and a building that you leave behind. A second path to the right leading to a property just on its left. You pass in front of it and continue along this old path that climbs to the Col de la Baraque de Brat, passing through the forest on the north then south side until the summit. The cabin is 300 m from the road.
It has an upper floor with a bed, likely previously squatted. Downstairs, a table, a chair, a fireplace. Spacious. A nice shelter but it does not lock. The aforementioned property is visible from this barn-shelter.
