Starting from the dam, follow the GR7 eastwards for about 250m, then take the PR to the left following the lake.
Several buildings. Poor insulation (draughts) but roofs are in good condition: one building with a fireplace (and grid), hearth made of stones, about 30 m2. A kind of garage under a slab, about 25 m2. A kind of barn on one level (beware of fragile flooring) about 35 m2/level. No crockery, no table, no bench. Farrals stream nearby.
