From Corps (bus from Gap and Grenoble lines T90 or T91) On foot: Take the street that quickly goes uphill. Cross a road and take the street opposite that goes up to the reservoir. Follow the "cabane libre de Boustigue" signs in dark red. The trail is also marked in yellow. The hut is located downhill to the left, after 45 minutes of walking, at the level of a cattle gate (small gate on the left). By car: Take the road to La Salette, then turn right towards the Hôtel de Boustigue. Park there. Follow on foot the "cabane libre de Boustigue" signs in dark red, along a drivable track. The hut is located downhill to the left, after 15 minutes of walking, at the level of a cattle gate (small gate on the left).
Fully equipped hut renovated in summer 2022 by the volunteers of the association tous à poêle. 8 sleeping places on the lower bunk. 1 bunk bed. 3 other benches, 1 indoor table. Small wood stove (logs max 20cm long) Dishes for 10. Outdoor barbecue. Outdoor table to come. Camping possible nearby. Food storage. 1 saw. Brooms, shovel, small broom. Small library. * GSM network: average reception (2 Orange bars), but sufficient * No water nearby, IGN map source incorrect, but a watering trough near a large leafy tree 100m higher up (10min), and an underground tank slightly higher where water is accessible via a carefully removable hatch. A water tank (750L) is next to the hut, filled with rainwater. Plenty of wood nearby.
