Take the D934. Pass Laruns, Eaux Chaudes. A little after the Miégebat power plant, there is a small parking area. Start walking along the Bitet forest road. Follow the forest road to the water intake. Avoid in winter the trail that starts from the bridge (avalanche risk). At the water intake, turn right onto the trail heading towards the Laiterine hut.
Solid cabin. Only the bare essentials are available. A fireplace and sleeping facilities. Bring your own mattress. About 6 places max. No running water on site but streams nearby, including a spring to the northeast at the edge of the trees. Bring wood, as trees are nearby.
