At the crossroads of 4 possible trails: From Porté-Puymorens - Lannoux dam - at the upstream end of the lake; Via the Orlu valley - En beys and the Portella d'Orlu; Via the Bessines valley and the col d'Anyell; Via the upper Têt valley and the Portella de la Grava.
Good hut, very solid but small and with little equipment: a concrete slab, able to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. No heating (fireplace dismantled). Stream nearby (to be treated: grazing area). Rare wood. Its only asset is being very isolated, a day's walk from each access point (excluding the excellent En Beys and Bessines huts). Abundance of major peaks in the region: Carlit, Grava, Cometa, Coma d'Or, Pedros, Faury, ... Multitude of lakes (I counted 280 on the map, but many other small pools can be seen on site).
