Several paths lead there: from the North, from Pla Guillem; from the South, hiking trail from the Refuge de Saint Guillem or from Prats de Mollo; or by a track (by car), accessible from Saint Sauveur (hamlet between Prats de Mollo and La Preste).
This cabin is occupied in summer by a herder (May to October) and is therefore closed to the public (except in extreme emergencies). A fountain is on site, but frozen in winter and often clogged from the source. Average insulation (drafts) but with the stove it's okay, even in winter. Table, benches, broom. The stove is very average, but does the job. Wood is 200m away in the forest. Please respect this place, I go there regularly, and it's nice to find it clean.
