Access

From the Aillon resort and the hamlet of Le Penon. Winter: Either via the Lindar pass cross-country ski trail (5 km) Or by snowshoe route from Le Penon (+ shorter but steeper) Or from the Sciaz pass located on the alpine ski trail descending from the summit of the resort. Summer: The tarmac road of the Lindar pass leads to within 500 m of the hut. Otherwise various hiking trails.

Good to know

Update from 16 June 2010 according to the managers of the establishment: reopening of the Morbié farm on 1 May 2010. However, the hut is permanently closed due to regulations and so is the inn. A refreshment stand has been set up for hikers.
