The Plan Lombardie refuge is a privately owned guarded mountain hut located in the commune of Les Belleville, in Savoie. It is open and guarded from late May to late September, as well as on weekends from late April to late May and from late September to late October.

Access: - 40 min from the parking lot located in the hamlet of La Sauce (St Jean de Belleville). - 2h from the Col du Cheval Noir (St François Longchamp side) or from the Col du Mottet (Valmorel side). - 1h30 from the parking lot located in the hamlet of Le Villard (beyond this point, the road is closed in winter).
Outside of the guardian period: part of the refuge is accessible with a 6-bed dormitory (equipped with fitted sheets, pillow and blankets), a dining/kitchen area with a table and benches, a gas stove (with gas), kitchenware (frying pan, saucepan, etc.), a wood stove and an outdoor wood reserve. In winter, water and electricity are cut off (battery-powered lamps are available in the refuge and water can be taken from the outdoor basin located 20 m from the refuge and marked by a stake). Dry toilets are available in the small annex building, as well as cleaning supplies. A fee is required and the keys can be collected from a code box located in the dry toilets of the annex.
