1) From Granier sur Aime, take a 4x4 track then the GR de pays trail climbs up to the hut. 2) From Arèches Beaufort then the Saint Guerin lake, a 4x4 track via the cormet d'Arêche leads to the hut. 3) Or as part of the Tour du Beaufortain, from the Col du Coin to the north. 4) Or from the Col de la Grande Combe to the south.
