From Fresse-sur-Moselle, follow the red triangle marked trail. Just over an hour on foot.
Cabin in good condition and fairly well insulated, small and therefore fairly easy to heat. Two tables and benches, windows and shutters in good condition. A wood-burning stove of the 'brûle-feuilles' type. A broken log-saw (as of December 2020) and the broom has disappeared. Dead wood nearby. A fifteen-minute walk towards the Peut Haut cabin, there is the Grognards fountain.
