Access

From Mornera (M. Carasso cable car) 1.5 h. From Bedretto 2.5 h. Access is not recommended in winter, as crossing steep slopes can be problematic.

Good to know

Small building on a pass located on the ridge separating the Gorduno valley from the Sementina valley. The hut is closed from 1.12 to 31.3. No warden except during certain periods in summer and for announced groups. Room subdivisions: 6/6/16. Indoor showers (hot water only in the presence of a responsible person, 5 francs). Drinks available. Wood-burning stove with reserve. Good cell reception (Swisscom). Electricity (120 V). Languages spoken: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish.
