Access

From Le Brassus, climb to Thomassette (cross-country ski centre) then take the road to the left (towards the refuge des Sages).

Good to know

There are numerous cisterns, some equipped with a simple device consisting of a roof with gutters connected to the cistern. Some are fitted out (see). The one that fills quickly with excellent water due to the roof surface. This shelter cannot be used except for a short break out of the rain.
