Swiss coordinates: 502800 / 156345. Take the Biblanc path, turn right at the edge of the forest, then left after the bend, follow the forest trail for approx. 400 metres.
Always open. Built in 1965. Contains a table and benches. You are in communal and cantonal forests. The hut in which you are staying is privately owned by the municipality or the state. It was built as a shelter for people working in the forest. They therefore have priority of use of this hut. If the forestry staff do not need it, the municipality makes it available to hikers, provided they comply with the following conditions: - occupancy is limited to one day - unless in distress, it is forbidden to spend the night there - if necessary, use must be shared with others - no reservations are possible - fire may only be lit in the stove and with all due precautions; any wood used must be supplemented with dead wood found in the surrounding forest, no axe allowed. - when leaving the hut, you must leave it clean and take away your waste and empty bottles. The municipality or state foresters reserve the right to enforce this regulation and take appropriate measures if necessary to prevent any misuse.
