Start from Derrière-la-Côte, follow the chemin des Aubert, turn left onto the old path (1.5 km after the junction with the chemin du Sablon.
Tables, benches. Rebuilt in 2003, replacing a larger cabin that burned down in autumn 2001. General regulations: If the forestry staff do not need it, the municipality will gladly make it available to hikers, provided they comply with the following conditions: occupancy is limited to one day, except in case of distress, it is forbidden to spend the night there, if necessary, the use must be shared with others, no reservations are allowed, fire may only be lit in the stove and with all usual precautions; the wood used must be supplemented with fallen wood found in the surrounding forest. When you leave this refuge, you leave it clean and take away your waste and empty bottles. The municipality or state foresters reserve the right to monitor compliance with these regulations and take appropriate measures if necessary to prevent any misuse.
