From Blieux, leave the PR of Mont Chiran at a flat area at an altitude of 1450 m and follow a small path that climbs due west. After 150 m, at a small cairn, follow the path that goes due north and goes around the Ruth. Alternatively, from the summit of Chiran, descend due north for about 2.5 km.
Old stone sheepfold with no comfort, whose upper floor can serve as a makeshift shelter. No immediate source of water nearby. A stream at the foot of the sheepfold. Water troughs with a pipe coming out of the ground (but which was not flowing during my visit in February 2017), on the other side of the stream at point 32T284759E, 4862412N, 1560m.
