By car (but the car is the least advisable means, at least upstream of Reynier...): In the Sasse valley (direction of Bayons) on the D. 1, about 4 km upstream of Clamensane, the D 751 branches off to the right towards Reynier, which is reached (narrow road, steep, sharp bends, poor visibility) after 3 km. The road remains very narrow, winding, unpaved after Reynier and very slippery in case of rain, as in all areas where Jurassic black marls (the "robines") or clay-limestone soils prevail, for another 5 km. On foot, you can arrive from Reynier to the NW, or from Authon to the S via the GR "Tour des Monges", or from Esparron to the N (either via the lac des Monges or via the country trail of the Crête de la Colle).
Baudinard, a former village where several families once lived, is a dead end, and there is hardly room to park more than two or three cars...
