Access

From Saint-Dalmas-le-Selvage, climb towards Valloar (1930 m) then continue the ascent to the hut. The path is very well marked. Access is also possible but longer via Estenc or Entraunes (and col des 30 souches).

Good to know

Solar panels provide energy for neon lighting. Dishes and pots are available on site. Blankets are provided. A wood stove heats the small hut well. Mobile phones do not have reception. Water is collected outside (15 m from the hut); its drinkability is not guaranteed (livestock in summer pasture nearby...). We have not encountered issues by treating it with Hydroclonazone as a precaution.
