From Quérigut, head towards Montlouis. At 4 km, at a false col at 1471 m, take the forest road to the right for 3 km. The shepherd's hut is on the left at a bend in the track.
Occupied in summer by a shepherd (Breton!), his dog and cat, and who raises horses. IGN indicates that it is accessible outside the summer grazing period. A water pipe on one of the walls of the shepherd's hut, marked as non-potable (to be treated). Abundant wood supply.
