Access

On foot only, from the ridge trail connecting the cols de Verghjolu and de Capronale via Astenica. At a wooded col just west of the summit of Tusella (IGN point 1363), a small trail heads due south, descending gently through a pine forest, leading in 500 metres to the abandoned sheepfolds of Tusella.
