Access: in winter, from the Grand Échaillon ski resort, in summer from the Col de la Bataille.

Good to know

Remarks: no comfort, waterproof roof, door that does not close properly, chimney blocked by snow (unknown condition), uncomfortable mattress without a thorough cleaning. Can serve as an emergency bivouac. October 2011: as of now, the bergerie is no longer accessible (roof broken and interior completely overgrown).
