From the Tours Saint Jacques, go back up the path towards the Chalets de Gruffy.
Basic shelter intended for emergency use only. Very dusty abandoned old barn offering little comfort but which can serve as shelter in bad weather conditions. The roof lets sunlight through in places, but it is possible to find a relatively watertight corner in case of rain. No insulation, there are likely to be draughts. Floor made of straw and dried grass. A small ladder to access the inside. Wood nearby, no water seen... (except by going up towards Perchet Haut. Very spartan comfort.
