Two easy accesses: from the Précherel car park to the south, a 4x4 track and the GR de pays du Tour de l'Arcalod lead up to the col. From the north, the col is served by the same GR de pays, which can be reached from the Combe d'Ire car park (after the village of Chevaline) along the forest road.
