Small hut in two parts: - 1 room downstairs locked with a key, dirty-looking with a dirt floor and shepherding equipment stored inside. - a small attic accessible from the outside through an opening without a door and with a floor made of widely spaced planks. This shelter for 2 to 3 people max can be used to protect from storms, rain or wind. The walls and roof are otherwise in good condition. A stream nearby provides water, at least outside winter, but there is no wood nearby.
