The Essaumaure hut is an unmanned hut located in the Hautes-Alpes. It is situated in the commune of Champcella.

Access

From Le Ponteil: forest road, then Clos St-Jean hut (left bank), and continue always on the left bank in a combe along the edge of the forest (which is on the left). Above the forest, turn slightly to the left: the hut is located at the foot of a small rocky massif. You can then go to the Tête de Vautisse or to the Col de Val Haute.
