From the Ossoue dam car park, follow the well-marked GR10 trail which crosses the stream downstream of the dam. Allow 30 to 40 minutes of walking from the dam. The GR10 climbs gently then levels off around 1950m and passes in front of the Cabane de Lourdes.
Restored in 2006. Water is available in the stream (to be treated) No wood available nearby Left section with 4 iron bunks. Very clean. Right section very dirty. Old shower and sink unusable. Fireplace (usable ??). No mattresses. Former nearby spring disconnected and tank unusable.
