From the Barrage d'Ossoue: from the parking lot of the Barrage d'Ossoue, follow the well-marked GR10 trail that crosses the stream downstream of the dam. The GR10 climbs gently and then levels off around 1950 m, passing in front of the Cabane de Lourdes. 45 minutes later, the trail, still horizontal, will pass in front of the Cabane de Sausse Dessus. From the Pont de Sausse: park in the small parking area on the D128 side at 1688 m. A trail crosses the stream on the Pont de Sausse and climbs up the Sausse Dessus valley to eventually reach the hut. Allow 50 minutes of walking.
