No defined path to descend to the cabin, but a few options: - Access via Col de Rabiet (Refuge Packe: approx. 45 minutes): leave the main path at the intersection at 2269 meters. There is a signpost, but it points in the wrong direction. Descend instead toward Lac de Rabiet to the cabin, following the valley. - Access via Col de Pierrefitte: descend toward the lake about 300 meters before the cabin when the track flattens out in the scree fields. Then walk along the lake to the cabin.
