Just below the summit of Moucherotte at the intersection of the GR trail and the former ski slope on the western side of Moucherotte.
Basic shelter: sleeping possible on a wooden bench but no heating. No fires allowed inside or outside. May be closed. No equipment, the nearest water source is found by descending the GR trail below the shelter. Two tables, one wooden with two benches (ONF type). A broom and a shovel. The shelter may occasionally be locked. Evidence, including a photo dated 25/12/2023, suggests the shelter has been turned into an exhibition space.
