Seems to have been more than just a simple shelter. With a loft (the ladder is already there...) it would be very decent, especially since there is a small stream nearby. No sleeping facilities except the floor. Good insulation (double glazing). Table, benches. Stove untested. Let's say it's a luxury makeshift shelter...
