Leaving the car at Les Clots, to the northwest, there is a large parking area (Les Clovettes). A half-hour walk on well-marked trails. The hut is slightly hidden in the forest, to the right, right against the mountainside.
It is a large stone building with a huge room and a very high ceiling, difficult to heat. Sleeping is done in the attic above. Be careful of the low roof height for tall people (for reference, the small window seen in the photo 'on the second floor' is at ground level). A shed can hold firewood in winter. A spring is near the sheepfold (10 minutes away).
