It is reached in the same way as the Pré du Mollard refuge, in half an hour to three-quarters of an hour via the forest path of Clos. For the Sabottes, 200 metres before the Pré Mollard chalet, turn left towards the lac de la Sitre via Bognon (1h15).
The Habert is located in a small park with a large stone table surrounded by benches and a small fire pit. In winter, the water supply from the alpine pastures is apparently shut off to prevent freezing. A saw and an axe (plus another axe with a broken handle that can be used as a hatchet) are available. GSM network: 3 bars of 4G (Bouygues). For Orange, reception is poor (1 bar, at best two).
