Within the nature reserve. The Nouvelle Jasse de La Chau is intended for alpine grazing: the shepherd uses it during the summer season, after which it is closed. A masonry building is locked, a small part (storage room) is open under the sheepfold. The old building is open, the lower part is used for animals (hay on the floor). An upper part is accessible via an old wooden staircase. Floor with foam mattresses and logs to sit on.
