Along the towpath of the Rhône-Rhine Canal, which is part of the Nantes/Budapest cycle route, along the Doubs, 500 m downstream from the historic city centre of Dole.

Good to know

Park a little away from the city, in a quiet spot. A large niche overlooking the basin with a bench can serve as shelter. A kiosk at the entrance to the park also provides good shelter. Another source, the Fontaine d'Arans, is located 500 m downstream.
