From the station des Angles, take the forest track of Pla del Mir then continue on the GRP for 3 km.
Adjacent to the shepherd's (private) cabin. Consists of a corridor in breeze blocks, 3 bunks and a fireplace for making a fire. Not very glamorous, but effective and quite usable. No water source, but a river (the Aude) flows nearby, so it should be possible to drink after disinfecting the water (livestock area). In February 2026 this small shelter was open and signage indicates it is still permitted.
