Park at the Vallserra lake parking area. Continue along the track, go around the lake, start the ascent. The shelter is on the right at the back of a clearing.
In summer, only the right-hand section is open. Renovated in 2015: two lower bunks for two people, a table, an efficient stove instead of the fireplace but no longer a mezzanine, it echoes a bit.
