From the parking lot of the Formiguères resort (1740 m), follow the track first uphill to the "Creu de la Jaceta" then downhill to the ford on the Lladura river (1766 m). From the ford, take the trail south-southeast along the right bank of the river and after 500 m find the refuge in the flat meadow. Allow 1 h from the parking lot.
Cabin completely rebuilt recently (2015 or earlier?). Clean. Well-maintained by all with a stove.
