On the GR de Pays du Tour du Capcir, about 20 minutes from the parking lot. Access to the hut by car is possible with an ONF authorization.
Refuge built in 1955, in very good condition as it was renovated in 2013 by the community of communes, and maintained since 2016 by the association Tous à Poêle. Interior: 2 rooms -> table, shelves, stove / sleeping area, shelves. Sleeping arrangements: 3 sleeping places with mattresses (1 double mattress) + 5 blankets + possible tents outside. Kitchenware: pots, pans, 1 colander, plates, cutlery, 1 pantry. Heating: Turbo stove (maximum draft not adjustable) + wood reserve + wood nearby. Water: Le Galbe flows nearby. Exterior: Masonry BBQ (several grills available).
