From the D136, park at the place called Le Mont du Tronc. Head towards the étang de Ladramont and follow 300 meters of the GRP des Villages et Châteaux de Haute Saône. At the intersection with a forest path, turn left towards the northwest. Follow this path until you reach a refuge (unnamed but referred to as the refuge des Peugueux) made of very degraded stone (under renovation). Behind this refuge is a VTT trail. Follow it until you cross another semi-drivable forest path. Turn left towards the west then southwest until you reach the elevation 634. From there, you can either continue on this path or take a shortcut via an exploitation path on the left.
Small refuge that can comfortably accommodate about fifteen seated people. Equipped with a wood stove. One table and two benches outside. No water point was seen nearby, but it is close to a spring catchment area. No wood inside, but dead wood is available on standing trees around. In good condition and clean.
