- From Alpe Devero on the Italian side (marked, T3, 2h30) - Access closed from Switzerland: from Heiligkreuz via the Chriegalppass. Due to rockslides and the detachment of the side walls, the passage has become too dangerous.
Unguarded CAI refuge. Overnight stay 8 € for non-CAI members. Large table, gas stove, pots, ... 12 beds with mattresses and blankets (and a few extra for those who are not claustrophobic – the CAI states up to 20 people ...)
