Bivouac located at the edge of the track, open to vehicles in the summer season, leading to [->5385], next to the Jouglard sheepfold.

More information here: https://www.parchialpicozie.it/fr/punti/area-di-sosta-coperta-jouglard/ However, the latest news from 2017 indicates that it is closed, and there is no explanation on how to shelter there. More information would be welcome.
